ART. 4. De zorg voor deze verzameling, met name ook die voor een doelmatige catalogiseering, wordt opgedragen aan den hoogleeraar, ten behoeve van wiens onderwijs zij zijn aangeschaft.

Worden deze verzamelingen ten behoeve van het onderwijs van meer dan een hoogleeraar aangeschaft, dan wordt door de betrokken hoogleeraren onderling bepaald, aan wien hunner deze zorg zal worden opgedragen. Van iedere zoodanige aanwijzing wordt aan Burgemeester en Wethouders en Curatoren mededeeling gedaan.

ART. 5. De betrokken hoogleeraar beslist, welke der tot de verzameling behoorende boek of plaatwerken niet geschikt zijn om te worden uitgeleend, of slechts voor zeer korten termijn uit de verzameling kunnen gemist worden.

ART. 6. De betrokken hoogleeraar beslist voor wie de verzameling toegankelijk zal zijn en bepaalt wanneer de verzameling zich in het Universiteitsgebouw bevindt in overleg met den Rector-Magnificus op welke dagen en uren zij zal zijn geopend.
