About the author (2004)

Stuart Campbell M.D. is the past president of The International Society of Ultrasound in Obstretics and Gynecology and is currently Editor-in-Chief of this society's medical journal. He is a pioneer of ultrasound diagnosis and holds many international honors, including Honorary Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
