PSALM CXXXII. David in his prayer commendeth unto God the religious care he had for the ark: 8 his prayer at the removing of the ark, 11 with a repetition of God's promifes.

4 Incline not my heart to any evil thing, to practife wicked works with men that work iniquity: and let me not eat of their dainties.

5 Let the righteous fmite me'; it all be a kindness: and let him reprove me! it fall be an excellent oil, which shall not break my head: for yet my prayer alio fhall be in their calamities.

HEAR my prayer, O LORD, give ear to my fupplications: in thy faithfulness anfwer me, and in thy righteoufnefs, 2 And enter not into judgment with thy fervant for in thy fight thall no man living be justified,

3 For the enemy hath perfecuted my foul; he hath fmitten my life down to the ground; he hath made me to dwell in darkness, as thofe that have been long dead.

4 Therefore is my spirit overwhelmed within me; my heart within me is defolate.

5 I remember the days of old; I meditate on all thy works; I mufe on the work of thy

hands.

mighty acts, and the glorious majesty of his kingdom.

14 The LORD upholdeth all that fall, and raifeth up all those that be bowed down.

15 The eyes of all wait upon thee; and thou givest them their meat in due feafon. 16 Thou openest thine hand, and fatisfieft the defire of every living thing.

17 The LORD is righteous in all his ways, and holy in all his works.

18 The LORD is nigh unto all them that call upon him, to all that call upon him in truth.

19 He will fulfil the defire of them that fear him: he alfo will hear their cry, and will fave them.

20 The LORD preferveth all them that love him but all the wicked will he destroy.
