THE following Tranflation of the Prophecy of Isaiah by the late Rev. Dr. Lowth, Bishop of London, is a Work of such distinguished merit and acknowledged utility as precludes the neceffity of faying any thing in its favor. But the price has hitherto placed it out of the reach of many perfons who would very willingly read it. To remedy this inconvenience and give those persons an opportunity to purchase it, it is here reprinted in a fmaller
