Labanakhya.-Salt spring of great sanctity in Chittagong District, Bengal; situated 3 miles north of the sacred site of SITAKUND. Visited by large numbers of pilgrims.

Labdarya. Táluk in Shikárpur District, Sind, lying between 27° 15′ and 27° 31′ N. lat., and between 68° 2′ and 68° 23′ E. long. Area, 207 square miles; pop. (1872), 31,201; number of tapás, 4; number of villages, 58. Revenue in 1873-74, £9214, of which £8450. was derived from imperial sources, and £764 from local funds.

La-bwot-khyan-myouk. - Revenue circle in the Shwe-loung township, Thún-khwa District, Pegu Division, British Burma; situated in the south of the delta of the Irawadi (Irrawaddy), between the Pyeng-za-lú and Irawadi mouths of that river. The country is generally low and liable to inundation, and the circle is intersected by many tidal inlets. Pop. (1876), 4221, chiefly Karengs; gross revenue, £569.

La-bwot-khyan-toung (or South La-bwot-khyan).—Revenue circle in the Shwe-loung township, Thún-khwa District, Pegu Division, British Burma. Pop. (1876), 4488, largely engaged in fishing; gross revenue, £2046. The circle is a network of tidal creeks.

La-bwot-kú-la.- Revenue circle in the Myoung-mya township, Bassein District, Pegu Division, British Burma. Extensively cultivated, with only patches of waste land to the south; communication chiefly by water. Pop. (1876), 5390, engaged in rice cultivation, and in sea and river fishing; gross revenue, £1693.
