But the “ Kitāb al mukaffi al Makrizi’” is a history of Misr (or Egypt). MUsTAFA EFEND1 * likewise, in his “Tárikh,” which comprises a general account of different Muselmán dynasties, has included those kings who reigned in Egypt. And on the subject of those two holy cities, Mekkah Maazmeh” and Medinah Makarremeh,”
